Terms of Service

Honey Heat & Air provides HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance services across the Oklahoma City metro area. The current list of zip codes we serve is published on our Service Areas page. A diagnostic fee of $99 applies (waived for Hive members), repairs start at $149, and system replacements start around $12,000 on average. This figure is never a blanket quote; every home receives a complimentary load calculation before final pricing. Our Free Second Opinion is available to homeowners already quoted a full system replacement by another company.

The Hive is billed monthly or annually per system and may be canceled at any time by contacting us, with no cancellation fee. We may also end a membership with notice. Dues already paid are not refunded.

Essentials is $19/month or $228/year per system. Elevated is $29/month or $348/year per system and includes everything in Essentials.

Elevated members accrue Honey Money, a credit toward the cost of a future system replacement performed by Honey Heat & Air. Honey Money cannot be redeemed for anything other than a qualifying system replacement. Elevated members accrue credit at 100% of dues paid while the membership is active. Credit is capped at 10% of the replacement price, applies to one system per membership, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or combined with another offer. Credit stops accruing once the cap is reached, and it ends when the membership is canceled.

Installations are backed by two years of labor coverage from the install date, in addition to any manufacturer parts warranty. Every repair is backed by a 30-day callback guarantee: if the same problem recurs within 30 days of the original repair, we return and fix it, no charge, no fuss. This guarantee covers the specific issue that was repaired. If we recommended replacing a system and you choose to repair it instead, that repair is accepted as is and carries no Honey labor warranty.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements, such as financing or membership billing, have been made in advance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, willful injury, or gross negligence, as Oklahoma law does not permit such limitations (15 O.S. §§ 212, 215).

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here.
