The Hive Membership Terms

The Hive is a maintenance membership covering one heating and cooling system at your service address. Additional systems can be added to the same membership at the same per-system price. The Hive is not a warranty or insurance and does not pay for repairs or replacement.

Essentials, $19/month or $228/year per system: two seasonal tune-ups per membership year, $99 diagnostic fee waived, 10% off repairs, priority scheduling, quarterly filter reminder emails, and member promotions.

Elevated, $29/month or $348/year per system: everything in Essentials, plus 15% off repairs (instead of 10%), front-of-line priority, two standard 1-inch filter replacements per year (specialty filters available for an additional charge), condensate drain treatment, and Honey Money.

You authorize Honey to charge your selected payment method monthly or annually, as you chose at signup. Your membership renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. After signup, Honey emails you a confirmation of your plan, price, billing frequency, and how to cancel.

You may cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee, by calling or texting (405) 674-6639 or emailing hello@honeyheatandair.com.

Honey will give you at least 30 days' written notice before any price increase.

Honey will contact you to schedule each seasonal tune-up. Your membership year starts on your signup date. Unused tune-ups expire at the end of each membership year and do not roll over.

Member discounts apply to repairs only. They do not apply to installations or system replacements and do not combine with other promotions.

While your Elevated membership is active, the dues you pay build credit toward one system replacement performed by Honey, up to 10% of the replacement price. Honey Money has no cash value, cannot be transferred or combined with other offers, and ends when your membership is canceled.

Honey may end a membership with notice. Dues already paid are not refunded.

If you sell your home, the new owner may sign up directly with us for their own membership. Your Honey Money stays with you and can move to your new service address, as long as you keep an Elevated membership.

Any repair or installation work is quoted separately and governed by the Honey Heat & Air Terms and Conditions on that estimate.

You agree to receive emails and texts about your appointments and membership. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

Oklahoma law governs these terms. Any dispute will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Repairs and installations are governed by our Terms of Service.
